Iced Cloud Latte


Monday mornings just got a whole lot better ...




If you're feeling blue on Mondays, make this antioxidant-rich energizing aesthetic blue iced latte. I am proud to say this recipe is entirely vegan and free from refined sugar & dairy. I will admit that this vibrant blue colour is courtesy of nature. entirely vegan and free from refined sugar. This makes it a great refresher for those on a ketogenic or low-carb diet.



 

Prep time: 1 min

Total time: 3 mins

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup water

1 Tbsp sweetener (I used Amson Naturals Erythritol for a sweet but sugar-free option)

optional: 1 Tbsp MCT oil or powder (I used Organika Keto MCT Powder)

1 cup plant-based milk (I used Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk)

Ice cubes



Instructions:

1) In a small cup, blend water, SMOOV Wave Blend, and sweetener together. Set aside.

2) In a tall glass, pour in ice cubes (as many as you want) then pour in the milk.

3) Carefully, pour in the blue mixture.

4) Stir and enjoy chilled.







Darlene's Notes & Tips:

⭐️ Wait at least 1 minute before pouring in the blue liquid mixture. Two liquids of different temperatures make them dissolve into one another slowly. Hence, the "cloud" effect.

⭐️ You can froth up a few tablespoons of almond milk with a teaspoon of vanilla protein powder to add on top.
