Let me present to you a nutritionist-approved way to eating Nutella. Ditch the classic combo of Nutella and toast ... you'll find Nutella is tastier in a chia pudding. Because Nutella is involved, I'm pretty sure kids are going to love this healthy take on the chocolate pudding. This is a great idea for tricking kids into eating healthier.

CHIA PUDDING INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp whole chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk (any plant-based milk)
1/2 Tbsp Nutella spread
optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
TOPPINGS
3 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or any choice of fruits)
Instructions:
1) In a bowl, carefully mix chia seeds, almond milk, Nutella (and added sweetener).
2) Once the mixture is a nice brown colour, leave to settle for at least 1 hour or overnight
3) You'll know its ready when all the chia seeds are soaked, resembling a nice pudding texture.it's
4) Top with plain Greek yogurt, fresh or frozen berries and dragon fruit chips.
