Parsnips Chips & Cottage Cheese Dip

🥕 they look like a white carrot,

🍠 taste slightly sweet like a sweet potato,

🥔 and have a texture/bite suuuuuuper similar to conventional potato chips!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp cottage cheese

pinch of salt and pepper

sprig of fresh dill

1/2 cup Hardbite parsnip chips

Instructions:

1) In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, salt and pepper.

2) Garnish with dill.

3) Enjoy!
